How we handle your information
Heritage Care respects your privacy. This page describes how we collect, use and protect the information you share with us when you contact us or visit our facility.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, phone number, email and care requirements you provide, along with any message you choose to share. When you visit the facility, we may collect identity and health-relevant information required for care planning.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, to plan and deliver care, to coordinate with medical professionals when required, and to communicate with your family. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep this site working. We also use non-essential cookies — Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — by default, to measure traffic and improve our advertising. This is an opt-out model: these cookies are active when you arrive, and you can switch them off at any time by choosing "Reject non-essential" in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser and applied on every future visit.
Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our enquiry forms from spam and automated abuse, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile in its invisible mode. It runs silently in the background, with no visual challenge or interaction required from you. Turnstile processes a small set of technical signals — such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header and the site key of the page you are on — solely to distinguish human visitors from bots. These signals are strictly necessary for security, are not used to identify, profile or advertise to you, and are not covered by the cookie preference above.
Cloudflare acts as our data processor for this purpose, and as a controller when improving its own bot-detection capability. For full details, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
